All orders are custom made and may take up to 3 weeks to ship. Your order does not immediately ship when you check out.

Please check sizing charts carefully. All sales are final except for manufacturer's product defects. ENVISION must be notified within 5 business days upon receipt of order of any product defects.

Orders are shipped using USPS or UPS. Once a tracking number is generated by these shippers, ENVISION is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Manufacturers occasionally back order items (including sizes and or colors). If an item is backordered or no longer available, we will contact you to determine a replacement item or refund at your discretion.
